Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to Praecinct Display services supplied by HALOANDREINEURALNET SRL (the “Company”). By using an assigned account or API key, the user agrees to use the service only for authorized business purposes.
Accounts and credentials
- Users must protect usernames, passwords, API keys, and downloaded materials from unauthorized access.
- Credentials may be limited, rotated, revoked, or disabled by an administrator when required for security, licensing, or operational reasons.
- Users must not bypass access controls, probe other customers’ data, or interfere with service operation.
Property and customer data
Users are responsible for having authority to upload property information, personal data, images, contracts, scene packages, and other content. Users must keep submitted information accurate and comply with applicable privacy, consumer, and intellectual-property obligations.
Software and ownership
Praecinct Display software and original service materials remain owned by HALOANDREINEURALNET SRL. Access grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for the agreed purpose and does not transfer ownership.
Availability and changes
The Company may maintain, secure, improve, or update the service and may temporarily interrupt access when reasonably necessary. Features may evolve while preserving applicable contractual commitments.
Responsibility
The service supports property presentation and administration but does not replace legal, financial, architectural, or professional verification. To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party remains responsible for its own acts, content, systems, and legal duties.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for expired authorization, security risk, misuse, non-payment under an applicable agreement, or material breach. Obligations concerning confidentiality, ownership, and lawful data handling survive termination where applicable.

Questions should be submitted through the commercial contact channel supplied with the service agreement. Material updates to these terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
