Privacy Notice
HALOANDREINEURALNET SRL operates Praecinct Display and processes information needed to authenticate users, deliver property content, secure installations, and provide sales-management functions.
Information processed
- Administrator and owner account identifiers, credentials in protected form, and account status.
- Property, apartment, sales, buyer-contact, payment, image, and contract information entered by authorized users.
- API access records including the associated key identifier, public IP address, user-agent/device description, first and latest access timestamps, and aggregated opening count.
- Operational logs, uploaded-file metadata, revisions, and security events.
Purposes
Information is used to provide the contracted service, restrict access by owner and complex, synchronize authorized displays, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, maintain licensing and security records, and support legitimate administrative requests.
Access and disclosure
Buyer, payment, and contract records are restricted to authenticated owner workspaces and authorized administrators and are not included in the Unreal-facing apartment API. Full API secrets are available only in authorized owner and administrator workspaces; access-history records are shown only to administrators. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to infrastructure providers acting under appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
Records are retained for the active service relationship and as reasonably necessary for security, support, contractual, backup, or legal obligations. The service uses access controls, signed sessions, scoped API keys, protected credential storage, and authenticated file routes; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Requests
Privacy questions and applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection requests should be sent through the commercial contact channel supplied with the service agreement. Requests may require identity and authority verification.
